How do I change my shipping address?Updated a month ago

For Orders of Home Try-On Dresses/Suits, Swatches, or Ready-to-Ship Items:  We process and ship these orders very quickly, so we are unable to make changes to the shipping address after the order has been placed. 

For Orders of Final, Made to Order Items: Based on the production time selected at checkout, there is a narrow window of time where we may be able to make a change to your shipping address. Please reach out to [email protected] to request a change to your shipping address. Address changes are not guaranteed, but we are happy to look into it for you.

Once a shipping label has been created, we are no longer able to change your address. We recommend shipping your dress to an address that you will have access to at any point to ensure you receive your order in the event that your order is shipped ahead of schedule. 

* FedEx Delivery Manager services such as vacation hold and address change are not available for any shipments using Standard Delivery (FedEx SmartPost).
