How do I make a return or exchange?Updated a month ago

Made-To-Order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is why we encourage ordering swatches and doing home try-ons to make sure everything arrives and fits as expected!  Your order goes to our production team 24 hours after you have placed your order. Please double check your invoice that is emailed after placing your order. Any changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.  We cannot guarantee changes can be made, but we will be happy to look into your options.

In-Stock or Ready to Ship:  Full priced ready-to-ship dresses, suits, accessories and fabric by the yard may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us before shipping back your return. Exchanges will be offered based on inventory availability. The policy is subject to change at any time due to ongoing promotions or discounts. Returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated outside of the contiguous US. All marked down ready-to-ship dresses are final sale.
