How do I start a return?

We want you to feel confident in your Revelry purchase. Return eligibility depends on whether your item is Ready-to-Ship or Made-to-Order. Review the details below to learn more.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Full-priced Ready-to-Ship dresses, suits, separates, and accessories that are unworn and unaltered may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received, we’ll refund the purchase price and applicable tax, minus a $12 shipping fee per order. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Swatches
• Sale items
• Sample Ready-to-Ship dresses

Returns are currently available within the contiguous United States. International customers may be eligible for refunds—please reach out to our team for assistance.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-Order dresses, suits, separates, and accessories that are unworn and unaltered may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is received, we’ll refund the purchase price and applicable tax, minus a 25% restocking fee per item. Please note that shipping and rush fees are non-refundable.

Fabric by the Yard is final sale and is not eligible for return or refund.
