Home Try-On Damage Fees Policy: We trust our customers to treat our Home Try-On sample dresses and suits with care. Samples must be returned in original condition or fees may be charged. Returned samples must be free of pet hair, scent, smoke, deodorant, floor debris, and stains. Samples returned in poor condition will be charged a fee according to damages which can be up to 100% of the retail value. By selecting "I understand" when ordering your Try-On dress and/or suit pieces, you agree to our policy, and we reserve the right to charge these fees.
Home Try-On Late Fees Policy: You have 3 full business days to try on the sample dresses you have ordered before needing to send them back. We do not count major holidays or weekends - those are bonus days! If your sample box is returned in poor condition or not returned at all, you will be charged full retail price for the contents. Samples must be returned in original condition 3 business days after arrival to avoid late fees which can be $10 per day, per dress. Samples must be returned free of makeup, pet hair, scent, deodorant, floor debris, and stains.
If returned in poor condition or not returned at all, full retail price will be charged.

Home Try-On Maximum Number of Garments Policy: You can order up to 6 garments in a single Home Try-On box.
