What if my item arrived damaged?Updated 2 months ago

Every Revelry garment is carefully crafted and inspected to meet our quality standards before it ships. If your item arrives with a production or quality concern, our team will work with you to make it right. 

*If your package was damaged in transit and you purchased Shipping Protection, please review your options with Revelry Shipping Protection.

How to request support: 

Please complete the Quality Assurance Request Form within 5 business days of delivery of your Made-to-Order garment.  All tags must be attached, and the item must be unworn and unaltered. A prepaid return label and instructions will be provided. 

Once your request is submitted, our team will review the issue and provide next steps. If approved, a prepaid return label and instructions will be provided. 

We will work with you based on your event timeline to find the best option. Revelry may offer a replacement, refund for the necessary repair, or another appropriate resolution.
