When do I need to ship my home try-on box back?Updated a month ago

You have three full business days to try on your samples*. This does not include the day you receive it, weekends, or holidays! In the event that you are unable to return your try-on box on the scheduled date, please contact our Customer Experience team! 


*If your sample box is returned in poor condition or not returned at all, you will be charged full retail price for the contents. Samples must be returned in original condition 3 business days after arrival to avoid late fees which can be $10 per day. We do not count weekends or holidays as part of your 3 days. Samples must be free of makeup, pet hair, scent, deodorant, floor debris, and stains.
