When do I need to ship my home try-on box back?Updated 2 months ago

You have three full business days to try on your samples*. The day your box arrives, weekends, and holidays do not count toward your try-on period.

If you’re unable to return your Home Try-On box on the scheduled return date, please reach out to our Customer Experience team and we’ll be happy to help.


*If your sample box is returned in poor condition or not returned at all, you will be charged full retail price for the contents. To avoid additional charges, samples must be returned in their original condition and free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair, stains, or debris.

Samples must be returned within 3 business days after arrival to avoid late fees of $10 per day. The day your box arrives, weekends, and holidays are not counted in this return window.
