Where is the prepaid return label for my Try-On order?Updated 2 months ago

Each Home Try-On box includes a prepaid return shipping label to make sending your samples back simple.  You'll find the label tucked inside your "Revelry Curated Closet" brochure. If you have misplaced it, please contact us to get a new one!

When you are ready to ship your box, remove the original shipping label from the package and attach the prepaid return label.  Then drop the package off at the nearest location for the carrier listed on the return label.

Please note: We are unable to reimburse return shipping costs for labels or shipping methods used outside of the prepaid return label provided. 

If your sample box is returned in poor condition or not returned at all, you will be charged full retail price for the contents. 

Samples must be returned within 3 business days after arrival to avoid late fees of $10 per day. The day your box arrives, weekends, and holidays are not counted as part of the return window.

To avoid additional charges, samples must be returned in their original condition and free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair, stains, or debris.
